Bitget Wallet, Mastercard & Immersve Launch Zero-Fee Crypto Card for Global Payments

Bitget Wallet

Bitget Wallet has partnered with Mastercard and Web3 payments infrastructure firm Immersve to launch a zero-fee crypto card, enabling users to pay at over 150 million Mastercard-accepting merchants globally using digital assets.

Available through the Bitget Wallet app, the crypto-linked card supports real-time funding via onchain swaps and deposits. Thanks to Mastercard’s Digital First technology, users can instantly apply for and add the card to their mobile wallets, allowing seamless transactions at both online and offline outlets.

The card leverages Immersve’s crypto-to-fiat conversion rails, with settlement executed directly onchain while adhering to Mastercard’s compliance framework, including KYC and AML checks. The rollout begins in the UK and EU, with Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand slated for expansion in the coming months.

Bitget Wallet, which boasts over 80 million global users, is aiming to extend real-world utility to self-custodied crypto assets. The product also comes with optional perks like transaction-based rewards, yield on idle wallet balances, and one-time bonuses for verified users.

“Crypto payments should be as seamless and secure as traditional transactions. With this partnership, Bitget Wallet users can now pay with crypto anywhere Mastercard is accepted,” said Jamie Elkaleh, CMO at Bitget Wallet.

Mastercard’s Scott Abrahams, EVP, Global Partnerships, added, “Digital wallets are quickly becoming as ubiquitous as email addresses. We’re committed to making crypto simple, secure, and accessible at scale.”
