MobiKwik Elevates Saurabh Dwivedi as CTO, Dhruv Wadhera as SVP of Offline Payments

Fintech firm MobiKwik has announced significant leadership promotions to accelerate its technology and distribution growth. Saurabh Dwivedi has been appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO), while Dhruv Wadhera has been elevated to Senior Vice President (SVP), Offline Payments.
Dwivedi joined MobiKwik in August 2023 as SVP of Engineering for the Payments division. With over two decades of experience, including a notable stint at MakeMyTrip, he will now oversee engineering across Payments, Financial Services, Core Platform, Infrastructure, and InfoSec. MobiKwik has entrusted him with leading AI-driven initiatives aimed at improving product development, enhancing collections, and optimising customer experience.

Wadhera, who has led the offline payments segment since June 2023, will now spearhead efforts to expand MobiKwik’s merchant offerings across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. He brings leadership experience from Zomato, where he served as Vice President and Sales Director.
Commenting on the development, Bipin Preet Singh, Co-founder & CEO of MobiKwik, said, “Saurabh and Dhruv have shown strong leadership in scaling our tech and distribution. These promotions reflect our commitment to building with foresight, innovation, and customer focus.”
MobiKwik currently serves over 176 million users and 4.6 million merchants across India.

The company posted a flat revenue of Rs 268 crore in Q4 FY25 compared to the same quarter last year. However, for the full fiscal year, revenue rose by 33.9% to Rs 1,192 crore. The firm reported a loss of Rs 56 crore for Q4 FY25.
