Despite the recent recovery, Gensol remains under pressure due to internal challenges, including major leadership exits and ongoing regulatory scrutiny.
Key Resignations Raise Concerns
The company has seen a series of high-profile resignations in recent days. On May 16, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Jabirmahendi Mohammedraza Aga, resigned. Just a few days earlier, on May 12, Managing Director Anmol Singh Jaggi and Whole-Time Director Puneet Singh Jaggi also stepped down.

In his resignation letter, the former CFO stated “The Company is facing serious challenges, including multiple regulatory investigations. Top leadership has resigned. Critical data is disorganised, and this is affecting the company’s ability to respond to the inquiries properly.”
What Lies Ahead?
Despite these issues, the stock’s sharp rebound over six days shows that investors are still watching closely. Whether the stock can maintain its upward momentum will likely depend on how Gensol navigates the regulatory hurdles and stabilises its management team.
