With over 18 years of experience in strategic marketing and digital transformation, Khare brings deep expertise and vision to the role. As Global CMO, he will lead Nucleus Software’s worldwide marketing efforts, aiming to shape a brand narrative that fuses advanced financial technology with human-centric values. His mandate includes expanding global visibility, strengthening customer engagement, and establishing the brand as a thought leader in AI-driven banking innovation.

Prior to joining Nucleus Software, Khare served as Chief Digital and Marketing Officer at Bajaj Capital, where he led digital transformation across platforms and drove large-scale marketing initiatives. His past leadership roles at BookMyForex, TravelTriangle, IndiaMART, ABP News, and Zee Media reflect his diverse experience in product innovation, performance marketing, and omnichannel strategies.
